如果可以，我给零分。br地址偏僻就不说了，这点与后面几个相比已经不算啥了。br所谓的宝石小镇就像一个烂尾楼，酒店主楼的玻璃破破烂烂，看到的第一眼就心凉了半截。br办理入住的时候，发现居然降价了！提前预订的房间居然比当场订还贵100多！br然后就是，酒店里冷冷清清像闹鬼，居然还不能免费升级，标间换大床要加100块！宁愿空着。br早餐的服务态度很差，小孩要补餐费，服务员粗声粗气的让我们自己去前台买票！不让使用押金！br最奇葩的是，注意！注意！注意！因为房间只有两双拖鞋，在帮小孩索要一次性拖鞋的时候，酒店提出来，要收费！收费！收费！4元。从几十块的快捷酒店到几千块的豪华酒店，您遇到过这样的情况么？我了个去。就冲这一点，我只能祝愿他靠这四块钱再支撑几年吧。

酒店主楼设施还行，房间住的还比较舒服，就是服务太差，酒店卖纪念品的员工开车把我家车撞了，态度极差，仗着当地人欺负人，找来自己家人蛮横无理，保安和大堂经理都装看不见不管，特别呵呵！每次来长白山都住这儿，没想到有事情了酒店负责人都不作为……太差劲了
