在网上搜索是五星级所以订了。结果因为身份证没有带。。。。平台不给退！！！！第一次过来这边玩，所以不了解情况。下着大雨去派出所开证明！！！淋到雨很伤心💔，不会再光顾了

非常棒的酒店，早餐到十点，特别人性化，而且早餐种类特别多，住宿可以在一楼花园游泳，泡温泉，小朋友还可以玩沙子，虽然地方不太大，对于旅游中途歇脚够用了。

性价比很低很低，服务很差很差，谁订谁后悔，命名为温泉酒店，可是每个房间限定进去一次公共泡池，说到泡池，跟几个尿坑差不多，房间的泡池随便用，可是一个圆形尿坑腿都伸不直，泡温泉不就是促进血液循环，还得蜷着腿，脱裤子放屁了，再来说下管理规定，为什么要限制进去公共泡池的次数呢（美名其曰公共泡池只能进一次，房间的可以多次泡，废话，我自己预订的房间，在房间里怎么泡难道你还能管着啊），房间的泡几次，那水哗啦啦的放着，泡完又放掉，又灌满，多浪费水，管理者脑袋有米田共，还有周末最便宜的房型528，可是要瓶水还腆着脸说要收钱，服务品质真是无法恭维，最后到开发票，看人下菜，有人要投诉，当场就开了，我们好说话，就说当天开不了，后边开了寄过来，然后后边是那种代开发票的联系，邮寄方式是到付，真搞笑，是你酒店现场看人下菜不给开，后边补开还得客人掏钱收发票，真怀疑是不是跟快递公司串通好，跟代开发票的串通好，这里有必要跟当地的工商管理部门反映一下了，就说这么多吧，亲身经历，无半句虚言，望后来者擦亮眼睛，点赞评论置顶，不要被无良商家坑害
