前台不给力和网上预约脱节，有乱收费的现象，本来露天温泉是免费礼，但过去还要收钱，那破温泉收十块钱就差不多了！

一流硬件三流服务，前台工作人员感觉像是没领到工资，超级不高兴，隔壁的温德姆开起来这里应该会垮掉吧？唯一亮点就是客房服务外借了一个手机充电器
