  建议酒店加强前台服务人员沟通及业务水平。下午1点外出办事，告知前台可以打扰续住衞生了，前台回了句：我们有固定的时间打扫。退房开票要求提供水单，打印的水单金额高于实际付款额，要求改成与实际一致，前台直接告知不能修改，一会儿又来了一个人，説可以修改。
