四星级大酒店，观夜景不错，就是大观景窗外玻璃及时清洁灰尘泥沙就更完美了，还有如果能配备一次性马桶座套就更好了。每房客人都送一份小点心比较暖心，但是前台就给了就好了，没必要客人入住后送到房间，客人没准备比较突兀。

Customer service is great and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Had a good night’s sleep on their lovely beds. It’s close to town. Am booking a second stay with them already.

房间很宽敞明亮，大小合适，住着很适宜，楼下有自助洗衣房还有烘乾机很方便。16楼的房间很舒适，视野好，衞生间是乾湿分离的，很方便。

位置优越，交通便利，门口有停车位免费停车，大厅简洁大气，环境很舒适，房间内部装修也很棒，床品乾净，设施齐全，前台的小姐姐很热心，服务周到，我们是去参加婚宴的，宴席的菜品非常不错，适合大众口味，强烈安利给要结婚的宝子们，来西安旅游的小伙伴们可以闭眼入住皇后大酒店.

房间还可以 适合出差旅游的人入住 酒店地理位置也很方便 很惊讶的是还有免费的银耳汤 真的很喜欢 前台的服务人员态度都很好 很有耐心走进大厅就有迎宾指路 真的很不错 值得推荐

入住这个酒店让我觉得非常满意，酒店古风古色，房间硬件到位，床也很舒服，服务好特别有耐心，第一时间满足客户需求，原本只打算住一晚然后第二天去试住其他酒店，结果在这儿住得不想走又续住了一晚真的很推荐大家入住入住有送欢迎银耳汤， 前台服务很暖心，下次还会来。
