One of the most welcoming and outstanding service we have in a while. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Extremely comfortable beds and more than enough storage spaces. We especially loved the automatic mahjong table. The location of the hotel itself gives this hotel 5 stars. We had another hotel booked for our return to Xian. But we decided to rebook here due to how much we loved it. 10/10 would definitely recommend ??

态度冷漠，屋里异味严重！被子床单都是头发，这些都可以理解，无法理解的是早不提醒晚不提醒，晚上7点多正开会呢，电话一直响，接通后説第二天不让续住，理由是没房了，这么大个酒店，就差那1间房了？酒店的管理人员在干什么？房间预订出去没房不是那一刻才有的吧？为什么入住时不提前告知，你没房了就可以把头一天的客人撵走？毫无歉意，理直气壮！做法实在叫人难以忍耐！出差十几年，旺季淡季各类型酒店都住过，这么让人无语的还是第一次！！！！酒店领导可重视一下吧，纯属于店大欺客了！！！！！差劲????公司出差绝不会再选这家！人生第一次给差评

总体评价：差、很差、非常差
不满意项：
1、房门有缝，漏光、漏烟、不隔音；
2、隔断是木板的，隔音为0；
3、吊顶连通的，隔壁抽烟都飘过来味；
4、当今社会，竟然住宿按金500；
5、打开全部灯，灯光比较暗。

满意项：
1、前台、保洁服务热情、周到；
2、大厅前台处提供免费茶饮、开水；
3、位置不错，下楼100米进地铁、商场、超市。
