非常好的入住体验。因为位置优越导致酒店周边经常堵车。西安威斯汀服务细腻、人性化、到西安第一天、因为贪恋在酒店走廊拍照丢失了背包、里面有全部出门的现金和两个iPhone手机、心急如焚时、打电话给酒店前台、被告知酒店礼宾部工作人员巡视走廊时捡到了我的背包，非常感谢！下次去西安还要住这家酒店
