1、关于位置，酒店本身离地铁步行15分钟。但订的家庭房在公寓楼，从大堂走去很远，还有段走室外。且临街，车声非常吵。2、关于房间，房间内虽然有微波炉电磁炉冰箱电饭煲等等，但如果不是长住非常不值得。而且从来没想过五星级的酒店要站在浴缸里洗澡，花洒出水孔有一半以上被水垢给堵了不出水，体验很差。有时候都怀疑自己住的是经济酒店。3、关于服务，酒店办理退房，结算的房费比预定多了近20元，发现不对后，服务员解释称是系统出错。不知道有多少人被“系统出错”还没发现。另外，房间赠送博物馆门票，赶在闭馆前想去参观，但却被挡在门外，说是“有重要人物要来参观要清场”。总之，预定西安威斯汀酒店的经典家庭房是错误的决定。

说实话这家威斯汀在房间上很一般，想走中国风但是细节实在做的不到位。但是位置没的说。
