谁说服务不好的？之前很犹豫，现在我可以肯定的是，这里的威斯汀真的很棒！尤其每天打扫卫生的工作人员，很热情，打扫的很干净，来的也很快。酒店很干净，早点虽然略微简单，但是很卫生，宝宝也可以吃一些略清淡的食物，很适合带孩子入住。下次还会选择威斯汀！

位置非常好，大雁塔对面，酒店整洁、优雅、员工服务热情，大雁塔走累了可以回酒店休息。房间大而且挑高高，很开阔、不压抑。酒店附近吃饭的地方众多，还有便利店，酒店里中国元素餐厅也不错，陕菜和粤菜。住酒店可以免费在其地下停车场停车，我停了一晚上，出来显示要缴费114元，酒店前台给一个小票，交给出口收费员就不用缴费了。酒店竟然有一个佛像头，看着像真品，就是匆匆忙忙没来得及问打哪儿搞到的，要是酒店工作人员能看到我的点评，麻烦给我讲讲那个佛像的故事哈，谢啦！好酒店，强烈推荐👍

酒店两次停电，致电前台电话半天才接，说了安排人来查看也没等到，厕所柜子隔板也是坏的，阳台推拉门拉不上，有条缝，没有遮光布，中央空调了也很一般，客房服务也基本没有，除了地理位置好点，别的感觉愧对于五星威斯汀的招牌，住过北京，海南，南京等地方，西安的威斯汀确实让人很失望，五星的价格三星的体验。

早餐不算丰盛，住的公寓，卫生间的电话上厚厚一层灰，两张床的被子上都发现了一根长长的头发，被吓了一跳，第一次在五星酒店遇到这情况！不过酒店位置确实不错！
