25号早上在前台录入车牌号免停车费是，一个女前台明显不熟悉如何操作，找了两个人指导操作，最后才发现录入不进去是自己操作的问题，等了一会儿也能理解，但到门口显示还要交钱，当天着急开会就直接交钱了没再去找前台，28退房时，前台一位留蘑菇头发型的女接待服务不敢恭维，全程绷着脸更别提笑容了，可以说是一点亲和力没有。和以前唐城的服务简直差太多了！以前唐城那种热情劲儿再也没有了！
