We had a wonderful stay at the Rose Garden Hotel. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and offered every comfort we needed. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive – a special thanks to Rong, who made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is also a plus: peaceful and quiet, yet still convenient to reach the city center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious Asian dishes. Highly recommended!

这次来西安玩，在网上看到这个酒店，看到服务挺好的，就抱着试试看的心态入住此酒店，首先是酒店地理位置比较好找，离地铁口也不远，就在2号线或者4号线行政中心站下车，走路几分钟就可以到酒店了，酒店附近有大型商场和逛街的地方，特别的方便，对于我们自驾开车的人来说太友好了，酒店有自己停车场，很是方便。这两天西安天气太热了， 到前台后我们的私人管家就给提供了绿豆冰沙（据说是酒店新品呢）口感相当不错。 办理入住时候前台小姐姐都是特别热情，办理入住速度杠杠的快。 行李有点多还贴心的帮我把行李送到房间了。服务都是特别细心和周到。我们是中午一点左右到的酒店，办理完入住后就去六楼吃了午餐，价格真的很实惠，一碗特色油泼面才十几块钱，真的很值，看我带着小宝宝还送来了婴儿椅，还有小童围兜和餐具，用餐期间还能帮我们看宝宝，太贴心了。因为我颈椎不太舒服，客房大姐还特意把枕头换成了荞麦枕头，晚上睡前还送来了热牛奶，这种贴心而又细心的服务，以后来西安就选择这家酒店入住了，值得推荐的一家酒店~~

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very attentive. RongRong helped us if me or my family needed anything and we felt well taken care of. Highly recommend

I mainly booked this hotel of the good reviews and its location. I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was beautiful and had everything I needed! The option to use the washing machine was great! Even got extra detergent in my room haha, and a sweet note in the morning next to the sweet table! The breakfast options were delicious. The reception, the porter in front of the hotel, everyone was super nice. As a solo traveler they made it feel like home for me. I would definitely come back to this hotel and Xian! Also special thanks to 管家张华 for making my stay more pleasant and hopefully we will see each other again!

This hotel was incredible, by far the best and most impressive we have stayed at in our two weeks in China. It was very clean, unlimited water bottles which were imperitive for those hot days (35-39 celcius!), and the breakfast was a life saver for those not too familiar with Asian style breakfast - having many Western and Eastern options.
The staff we’re very attentive and Laity was especially fast to respond and help us, even when she was off work she still replied and helped!
We only had two days in Xi’an and there is so much to do, wouldve loved to stay more days at the Rose Garden. Next time!

Top-tier venue and world class service. This is one of the best choices in town if you are traveling with kids. The hotel is located near the railway station, with easy access to a premium shopping mall nearby and many local restaurants with walking distance. When we arrived, they assigned a concierge (Ms. Rong-Rong) who helped us navigate the city, its many attractions, and hotel services during our stay. Rong-rong was extremely warm and customer-focused. The whole hotel staff were friendly and professional and delivered a great experience. The hotel was well-maintained with a modern Chinese vibe.

Hotel is beautiful. Rather new, mysterious, and boutique like. Everything was clean, luxurious, and operational. The only thing that could top it off would be heated toilets which our Beijing hotel spoiled us with.
Additionally, our personal assistant RongRong was outstanding. Very helpful, very available, and wanting to please. She took the experience over the top. ALL the employees were excellent and I would not hesitate to stay at Rose Garden Hotel again and often.

This hotel is amazing, totally worth the hype! The breakfast is very varied, there are free drink refills everyday in the mini-fridge, the rooms are super clean, and the staff in general put great attention to detail. Truly amazing value for money, would stay again.
