It was hard to find at first but I’m glad I managed to find the hotel. Staff were good. Wonderful environment. Conveniently placed by shopping mall. Take the subway rather than a cab downtown to look at the old wall- it’s faster. Cabs can take up to an hour when it’s busy.

The hotel is very clean and near a small shopping mall with a good selection of restaurants. During my visit the wi-fi was very slow. The indoor swimming pool is in another building about 20 metres along the street.

给朋友帮忙预订的房间 到西安游玩两天 管家提前就打电话询问我朋友到店时间，酒店有接送机 站服务 问需要不。我接朋友到酒店。 到店后还给朋友升级了房间，两间房安排到一起很周到。房间乾净 整洁 洗漱用品也是应有尽有。员工帮忙拿行李 介绍房间 随后管家小何还给房间送来精美水果和孩子的洗漱用品，拖鞋 。点外卖有机器人送到房间。孩子们也是很喜欢。不得不説服务很周到。倍有面 ???????????? 离店前一天又询问我后还特意帮朋友安排的酒店的免费送站服务。朋友很满意此次入住，值得推荐????????????

酒店交通很便利，出门就是步行街，旁边还就有24小时便利店很方便，智能触控式机器人，送东西，点外卖很方便，也很安全酒店有免费的接送机服务，司机吴师傅人很热情，还帮着提拿行李自助洗衣房，持房卡免费享用大堂吧上下午茶，健身房和游泳馆，这个价位太赞👍了，值得体验，进门还有管家美女相迎送我们到房间，房间换还准备了欢迎水果赞👍👍👍

这是我第一次住酒店住的这么开心的，酒店有机器人我点的外卖她会给我们送上来，不用出门，要进酒店必须扫健康吗和行程码，前台美女小白帮我们测量体温，还给我们每人赠送了免洗洗手液和湿巾，提醒我们外出带好口罩，做好防护，
