酒店位置很不错，临近商圈和地铁，酒店旁边就是银泰百货，附近的小寨路地铁站旁边有赛格国际广场。酒店虽然是比较老的四星酒店了，但是里头的装修布置还可以。唯一的缺点是马桶盖不是缓降的，其他酒店设施都很齐全。服务也很好，酒店前台很热情。

和朋友几个人开了两间房，进房间之后发现是两间套房连在一起的，中间只是隔了扇门，就特别好，还能照顾到朋友，不错，酒店前台接待也很热情，酒店环境也不错，方便停车，是商务酒店。

西安东方大酒店是西安一家老牌的星级酒店了 地理位置不错 距离小寨步行也就是五分钟的路程 因为酒店年代毕竟有点久远 酒店的基础设施还是比较陈旧 不过酒店还是挺与时俱进的 在客房安装了智能系统 还是挺有一些现代感和科技感的

第一次和家人从四川到西安旅游，到达酒店比较晚了，办理入住手续时前台叫小朱的服务员热情快捷，体现了良好的服务水准，客房号0815的服务人员也为我们提供了问询服务，详细的介绍了出游的景点路线，美食饭店的特色特点，并且第二天还给孩子赠送了酒店手工制作的玩偶还帮熨烫了湿衣服，0810客房服务员也很热心，特别感谢两位服务人员到位的服务，是一次很不错的入住体验，以后来西安还会选择这家性价比比较高的酒店入住。
