此次入住西安东方大酒店，整体体验良好，尤其值得称赞的是其无可挑剔的地理位置，处于南郊文化区，靠近小寨，周边公交便利，去往钟楼、大雁塔等主要景点都很方便。酒店虽然建筑和部分设施略显年代感，但客房打扫得还算乾净整洁。
本次入住最大的亮点是酒店员工的服务。特别要提出表扬的是前台葛佳瑞经理。美中不足的是酒店隔音效果一般，夜间能听到一些走廊的声音。另外，房间的烟味太重，希望可以继续努力吧。但鉴于其便利的位置和以葛经理为代表的优质服务，这次住宿依然是物有所值的。下次来西安，可能还会考虑这里。

房间挺好的，虽然陈旧，但是很乾净的，，一进房间，就能感觉到，这就是过去的那种四星级大酒店，停车也方便，还是免费。

今天带着宝贝来到了西安的大唐不夜城，酒店选得特别棒！距离景点非常近，走路就能到呢！而且这里的房间乾净明亮，服务人员态度也超级亲切友好，耐心的给我讲解附近的旅游。让我们这次旅行轻松愉快渡过。

趁旺旺季到西安走走，订了这个酒店，共住了五天，居住体验非常好。前台服务热情细致，大堂管理主动周到，周边配套种类齐全，公共交通出行十分便捷。虽然停车位稍显紧张，但工作人员指引还算周到。该酒店最大特点就是非常感谢便捷，住了几天，仅周边的特色餐饮都还没吃完，十分值得推荐。

作为老牌四星级酒店，该有的设施都有：中餐厅、西餐厅、会议室、商务中心、健身房等。
房间面积中规中矩，但布局合理，衞生状况普遍反映良好，床品舒适度不错。
部分房间近年有过翻新，设施会更现代一些。
性价比适中，在西安同地段、同等级的酒店中，它的价格通常具有竞争力

This is one of the best hotels in south Xi’an. It’s locations is convenient to access shopping, metro, and less than 3 km to the famous Wild Goose Pagoda, Shaanxi History Museum. The staff in lobby are so friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Yu, Xiaoqing, she is the best, very helpful with a big smiles, thanks, Oriental Hotel and I will be back!
