酒店位置很方便，房间足够大，酒店自身的衞生是不错的，但可能市跟其他酒店共用电梯的缘故，楼下一楼电梯口的垃圾太多了。早餐还可以，不足之处是没有汤麪或米线之类的现做品类。

服务很好，有接机服务，早餐可口，进到酒店每个人对我们都很热情，特别是我来的比较晚，行李较多，给前台打电话，前台就下来接我们了！在机场也是接机师傅看到我们行李多，帮我们一件一件把行李搬到车上，非常感谢！这里去城墙，钟楼，鼓楼，回民街，洒金桥都很方便！回去坐高铁，楼下地铁二号线直达高铁站，真的太方便了，下次还来这里住！

We liked many things except the tour desk.
We loved Mehood Bell tower for
- the excellent location,
- great value for the rate we paid,
- laundry and dryer facilities
- unlimited bottled water,
We booked 2 rooms. Our room was quiet but the other room could hear faint cars honks from the roads below(ear plugs provided at lobby),
Staff we interacted with are lovely. Staff included senior breakfast female attendant, 24hour reception and housekeeping supervisor.
We had a terrible experience with the tour desk. Our trip to Mt Hua was horrible. Pick up was at 7:05. Went around Xi'an for 1 hour. Reached Mt Hua at 11:45. Got Mt Hua tickets only at 12:55p. Do not recommend the tour desk
