酒店高档，位置环境服务都很好。从华山高铁站乘免费1路公交车没几站就到了。我带孩子7.30入住2晚，前台两位小妹热情耐心，给个赞。早餐品种很丰富，还吃到了甑糕。满分好评，值得推荐。

1.酒店前台态度冷漠，工作失误。我提前交了2天的房钱，房卡只刷了一天，结果爬完华山还要去28楼补刷房卡。
2.酒店服务员工作失误，莫名其妙。在爬山的时候接到酒店服务员电话，说我拉了东西在房间，我根本没有退房好吗！
3.房间散发着一股卫生间+下水道+劣质家具的味道。
4.外面气温39℃，房间事先没开空调，而且空调质量太差，2小时后温度还是很高，而且空调面板是坏的。
5.卫生间的浴室一淋浴就往外漏水，而且淋雨的水忽冷忽热。
6.吹风机裂开了，而且只有冷风，没有热风。
总之，这是我见过的性价比极低，管理和服务都非常差的酒店。
另外，与酒店无关，打车小心被骗，上车说好10元，一下车就说每人10元。

酒店房间挺大，除了有一个智能马桶外，毛巾很黑不敢用，靠马路边很吵，电梯很慢，停车场很脏也不怎么好停，早餐很差，住两天一点没变化，第二天还停电一个小时左右，是第一次遇到停电而且没有备用电源！
