房间设施齐全，服务人员态度很好，跟一些快捷商务酒店很不一样。早餐品种丰富，房间设施新，床品舒服，总体物超所值，是一次非常满意的体验。还可以加床，门口可以免费停车，离华山景区和北站都挺近的 坐车5分钟就到了。

算华阴市最好的酒店了，房间卫生打扫的很干净，工作人员也有礼貌，卫生间设施不错。特别表扬前台工作人员张倩，服务热情，我们到达酒店已经夜里十点多了，孩子的小玩偶落在了大厅，主动和我们联系并且送到了房间。

房间面积很大，诺富特的品牌嘛，整体还是有保障的，深夜入住，前台帮我们免费升级了房间，酒店门口广场很大可以免费停车。早餐也不错。说个缺点，淋浴房洗澡的时候，可能因为设计的原因，水会顺着淋浴房门与地面门槛的间隙流出到淋浴房外面的地面上来，而且还挺多😂希望能够维修改进一下，其实不用很大的工程量，但是住客的体验会更好！
