酒店地理位置很好，离永宁门很近，离钟鼓楼也很近，出行很方便，酒店装修低调而不失奢华，房间干净卫生，床很舒适。前台服务更不用说，服务热情友好，特别表扬前台接待唐苑，办理入住速度快，还赠送了我早餐。真的是服务太棒了。下次还会来。

酒店位置不错，距离市中心和南门都很近。刚进到大厅就感受到热情的问候，办入住的过程很快，服务员给我提供了姜茶和热毛巾，顿时感觉更加温暖了。早餐不错，房间也很干净，语音控制也很新颖。西安很冷，但你们让我感觉很暖。

从来没在网上点评一家酒店，这家必须点评，三星的价格+5星级的服务，是我的印象！一下车，就有工作人员帮忙拿行李，全程有工作人员陪同，直到进房间！办理入住只要出示身份证即可，简直太省心了！一楼即是入住前台大厅，每个服务人员都非常热情，在大厅，楼道，电梯，酒店任何角落都能感受他们发自内心的热情，我说家人有点不舒服，她帮忙亲自削好煮好送橙子水到房间，太感动，简直就是家人般的服务，大厅还有些常用便民物品（棉球，创可贴，针线包，扎头皮筋等）！早餐丰盛，服务超好，细节完美，价格亲民，真正让顾客感受到家人般温暖的酒店，整体我给满分，希望酒店一直开下去，我一定会推荐给朋友来住，我下次一定会再次选择！
