Our stay at the Novotel Xi'an was fantastic. We loved how clean and comfortable everything was—it felt like a real haven after busy days of sightseeing. The location was perfect for us: a straightforward 10-minute stroll to the amazing food in the Muslim Quarter, and with the subway right there, we could zip anywhere else easily. But what really made it special was the staff. Everyone was so genuinely friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot that we’d definitely pick again.

The reception team was consistently top notch throughout our stay from 8 December to 13 December (Mia Wu, Jennifer, and other staff whose names I regrettably forgot). Their service was warm, efficient, and reassuring.We had an unpleasant experience with some shops outside the hotel and were unfortunately scammed while visiting the mountain area. However, the hotel team was extremely helpful and supportive, especially the reception staff on 11/12 and 12/12.
Mia Wu especially went above and beyond, she helped contact the shop owner, resolved the issue, and even assisted in posting the disputed item back. They handled the situation professionally and with great care.
Housekeeping was excellent — the room was spotless, very clean, and the team paid close attention to our needs, thoughtfully replenishing items according to what and how much we used.
The bellboy at Level 1 was also extremely helpful. We had five pieces of luggage, and he rushed over immediately to assist and was always ready to help whenever needed.
Overall, truly outstanding service from the Novotel team. Fantastic location, walking distance to Muslim quarters & Drum tower, shopping area and stone throw to train station

This hotel is valued worth . Jason & sharon is friendly . We checked in late but is welly entertained. (Our room is free upgraded)
The hotel is nearby subway station and stragically located in the city centre.

The hotel is very clean and in a great location. It’s close to the MRT, very convenient for getting around, and within walking distance of the Bell Tower.
During our stay, we were celebrating my birthday, and the staff member Xiaoyuan (小圆) went the extra mile to make it special. She kindly helped arrange a cake along with fruits and desserts, which was a wonderful surprise for me and made my birthday during the trip truly memorable.
Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent service. Highly recommended.

前台一个细心的小姑娘服务很好 送了伴手礼 还有饮品 退房还为我们寄存了行李 酒店的下午茶很好 早餐种类也很多 再次表扬前台细心的小姑娘 服务真的很好 有求必应 也会提醒我们用晚安牛奶和粥，还送了水果 很好 下次还会来住 推荐一下

带着父母西安旅游，很满意！酒店位置非常好，兵马俑大巴就在门口。尤其酒店服务非常好，很热心很周到，点名表扬前台“细心的小姑娘 小郭”，为我们着想很多，随问随答，很热心的解决各种问题！酒店很棒，再来还选????????

一家五口首次来西安旅游，在携程上找酒店，因为在各地住过很多家诺富特，还是选择了钟楼这家诺富特，入住後感觉完全超预期，位置超级好，本就处在热闹的商圈之中，门口就是地铁，去哪里都方便，酒店房间、环境和服务都一如理想，前台一位乖巧的小姑娘（不知怎麽称呼）服务很好，真不错！对了，早餐丰富，中西式的品种都有是我最在意的，现磨咖啡不错??

小圆 was my designated contact during my stay in Xi'an
She was excellent and attentive even on her day off! Went above and beyond, a credit to the staff. She even got me a little thank you gift to finish off ny first trip to Xi'an on a high
Room was excellent, able to walk to Bell Tower (5 minutes), City Wall (20 minutes) and good transoort links e.g. subway/metro Tourist Bus etc as well as good shopping around the area.
I made good use of the included Breakfast and afternoon tea (小圆 even ensured I could access when I had checked out for the morning due to ny tour taking me past 3pm)
Room came with everything I needed for my stay, slippers robe, toiletries, plentiful bottled water and some soft drinks as well were waitinf in the fridge for me, usual hot drinks too.
Will definitely consider staying again when I have the chance to revisit.
