房间很好，好乾净，酒店服务很贴心，还有免费下午茶和助眠牛奶送。尤其喜欢酒店布局，乾湿分离做的非常好。房间也没有异味，被子厚度刚刚好很喜欢，没有像很多酒店那样太厚让人盖也不是不盖也不是。前台Jason小哥哥人帅回应迅速。在餐饮，行程和叫车服务给我提供很多好的建议！会再来！

Superb location close to everything you need. Right outside the metro station. Very friendly staff from the concierge to the room cleaners. Counter staff Xiao Guo is very helpful. Equipped with basic gym and a free laundry room. Recommended for all types of travellers.

Staff was very helpful with us, specially Sean Xuan with an issue we have regarding lost baggage from our previous trip Also Mia was helpful and attentive.
Room was impressive and spotless clean, bathroom outstanding, location close to subway.
Definitely we'll return here!

第一次透过平台订酒店，酒店位置超便利，距离地铁站紧3分钟路程，所有景点上车地点就在此处。非常便利。对面系可以食尽各款小吃，要购买名牌亦有商场提供，前往钟楼拍照亦只需5分钟。
酒店乾净企理，房间亦一样。酒店职员服务殷勤特别协助check in嘅女职员Serena Zhao. 提供了很多有用旅游资讯。

服务超级好！
因为我们带着长者和孩子，前台戴眼镜的小姑娘主动提供多项帮助，还给免费升级了房间，给孩子送了糖果。
尤其是餐饮部小贾特别照顾长者和孩子，因为订的房多时间长，估计早上起不来就没有全部订早餐，结果贾经理就给送了晚安牛奶和早餐。在此对小贾和前台戴眼镜的小姑娘表示特别感谢！
酒店的位置非常优越，离钟楼走路5分钟，去各个景点都非常方便，衞生间配备了智能马桶，还有自助洗衣。
早餐种类丰富质量非常好！还有精致的下午茶！
唯一的美中不足可能就是房间隔音略差一点。

酒店位置非常方便，就在钟楼站H出口，到回民街搭地铁到广济站1个站就到。行出几步就望到钟楼。
保安员，接待员及洗衣服务员都很好。
自助早餐丰富，每天都有不同菜式。我的父母很喜欢下午茶时段，出去行累了，可以回来叹一叹。

这次入住体验远超预期！酒店位置绝佳，就在钟楼地铁站H口，旁边就是易俗社。交通便利且出行、觅食都超方便，去回民街步行、钟楼、鼓楼近在咫尺。房间乾净整洁无死角，布局合理，床品柔软亲肤，前台善良可爱的小何服务热情周到，提前联系，并升级房型。还有健身房、免费洗衣/烘乾间，小童游乐室。免费下午茶以及晚上的牛奶。房间隔音略差，整体可接受，不影响睡眠。总结来説性价比超高，下次一定再来！

酒店地理位置非常好，好吃的玩的都很多很方便，出门就是地铁站，离钟鼓楼回民街都是步行可达，酒店服务也不错，前台小妹妹很热心，唯一就是房型不适合我，洗漱区域是开放式的，熬夜的人刷牙洗脸洗澡都会打扰到早睡的人。

Novotel is a great location to stay in Xi An. It is near to the action yet at a little quiet corner. The staffs were very helpful and friendly, especially Faye and Serena Zhao. They assisted me with my the online package delivery and answered any queries I had with a smile. The cleaning service was great too. Room was cleaned daily. Would love to stay here again in future!
