晚上到的比较晚，前台很热情。第二天很早起来赶火车，开票什么的非常配合，服务很好。总体来説这次入住该酒店是一次非常愉快的经历。民宿的位置十分便利，紧邻西安北站，北苑地铁站，周边配套齐全。员工都很热情周到，服务态度极佳。前台小周服务很好

挺满意的一家店，有自己独特的装修风格，还有鸡尾酒和咖啡，前台的小姑娘小周服务很热情，很有耐心，房间的装修也很有特色，都是落地大窗，而且房型众多，还有家庭套房，带有小型厨房，房间的衞生乾净整洁，浴巾毛巾用着也舒服， 设施设备也比较全，该有的都有，都挺好用，周边环境也比较好，生活所需应有尽有，出门就能打到车，位置很好，出行方便，离地铁也近，值得选择的一家店！

Hotel pulito e comodo se si arriva alla stazione di Xianbei (basta fare una fermata di metro e circa 10 minuti a piedi). Rispetto al centro sono circa 25 minuti in metro, per la pagoda 40 minuti in metro. Segnalo che per entrare nell'hotel si entra dal Mercure Xi'an North Hotel e poi si sale al 22esimo piano!

管家小姜服务很周到，有他们自己的咖啡厅/小酒吧，装修很有风格，可以点咖啡、鸡尾酒，很有特色；房间设施设备齐全，该有的都有，还有粉嫩的冰箱；衞生乾净整洁，毛巾浴巾用着舒服，衞生间是乾湿分离的；环境很好，安静舒适，周围餐饮、超市、药店、诊所等配套齐全，位置很好找，还有免费停车，不错的一家店。

这家民宿真的很不错，其实跟酒店差不多甚至高于一些酒店，首先地理位置很好，就在路边，离地铁特别近，也好打车，服务员的服务很贴心很热情，会积极的帮助客人，他们前台是酒吧式的，设计很新颖，是前台也是他们自己的咖啡厅和小酒吧，有各种咖啡鸡尾酒还有专门喝茶的茶室，房间里面空间很大，住过同价位酒店里麪房间最大的，浴室和厕所是分离的，互不干扰。床上用品很乾净，很舒适，布局很优雅的艺术风格设计酒店，里面的配套设施设备很齐全，完全对标四星级以上级别， 床垫很软睡起来很舒服，被子枕头床单乾净的一尘染，面料非常亲肤舒适。跟前环境也很好，地下车库可以免费停车，楼下就是小商圈，什么星巴克、KFC、屈臣氏、生鲜超市、好利来等等等都是下楼就能拥有！背后是美食街，各种小吃饭店很丰盛！离高铁站就一点几公里，要赶车或者刚下车需要歇脚的伙伴们的不二之选， 小伙伴们可以参考哦，确实是很不错的一家民宿哦，价格还很优惠，性价比真的很高了。前台小黄带着看房服务很热情，还给介绍了周边的旅游景点以及简单的説了下西安古城的历史文化，赞赞赞！！！

The hotel is located within The Mercure Hotel building. There is a lift in their lobby that connects guests to the correct floors of this hotel.
This hotel consists only of two floors, so there is not a huge number of guests. It is quiet and the rooms are tastefully decorated. Breakfast is provided in given sets. You can choose what to drink but there’s no buffet. I think this is a good eco-friendly choice.
