酒店离大唐不夜城不远，从地铁口出来大概10来分钟步行，因为是新酒店，整体设施都还算挺新的，日常需求足够。床品很舒服，赶上雨季降温唯一就是房间温度有些低，晚夜间有些凉，不过最後客房大姐给换了厚被子，整体还是不错的。

一如既往的服务很好 很智能 安静 智能的酒店 前台的小哥们态度都很好 很有温度 会主动帮忙解决问题 买了些东西很重 不想拿着了 也是交给他们就帮我寄了快递 简直太好了！房间里面也是很乾净 床品非常舒服 能睡个好觉 出门在外休息太重要了!

服务员没经过客人同意随意打开房间门，并且客人在房间休息服务员无数遍敲门，打扫衞生，服务态度太差了，建议大避雷，并且客房经理发现问题不解决，态度非不好，找个种理由。

We originally booked for 2 nights, but we extended our stay right after our fantastic experience!
I forgot to mention the breakfast. The Intercity Hotel provides a wide range of selections for guests, from traditional Shanxi Xi'an food to Western cuisine. I'm sure you could have a feast during your stay. Also, you must try the beer at the mini bar; it has a very rich wheat taste!
Although the hotel is not located right next to the metro, you can reach most tourist spots within 10 minutes. Additionally, cabs are not expensive in Xi'an!
In addition, 24/7 laundry and gym facilities are available! You can do laundry or work out whenever you want. What are you waiting for? Book now and enjoy your stay!

酒店整体装修很新，前台工作人员服务热情响应快，入住手续办理很方便。房间乾净整洁，minibar配了气泡水和啤酒，很不错。洗衣房可以在手机查看进度很方便。早餐也好吃。很不错的体验！

Outstanding hotel that was very comfortable and filled with enthusiastic staff members who provided excellent service. The beds were very comfortable and every detail in the room was well thought. Great value for money, definitely recommend to stay here when in Xi'an.

非常非常满意的一次入住，房间格局很舒服且全自动化。酒店很注重住宿体验，刚入住进去会主动打电话询问是否对房间满意，免费帮忙升级了房间。全体工作人员都非常非常热情，随时打招呼且帮忙。特别需要赞赏的是，办理入住时听着朋友打电话来祝我生日快乐，主动説要送我下午茶套餐，虽然我当时婉拒了，但晚上回酒店还是看到了酒店准备的小惊喜。真的特别感谢。本来计划今晚继续续住的，但小IG昨天比赛输了确实没心情呆在西安了哈哈哈哈，下次来西安看比赛和旅行，一定一定会毫不犹豫选择这家餐厅！谢谢每一位酒店幸苦工作的小夥伴??
