入住前Leona就主动联系我，仔细询问住店需求，特别贴心。住店期间不管有什么问题，发消息给她都能很快得到回应，解决问题超及时。酒店的地理位置特别好，出门不管是打车还是逛周边都很方便，出行毫无压力。最惊喜的是早餐，品类丰富，味道也很赞，每天都能吃得超满足。这次入住体验感拉满！

这次西安之行，入住西安钟楼福朋喜来登酒店的体验堪称满分！刚到酒店就被前台Mandy女士的热情打动，前台办理入住时效率超高，还贴心地为我介绍了酒店的各项设施，以及钟楼、回民街附近的游玩路线和地道美食，让我这个外地游客瞬间感受到了温暖。房间的衞生状况无可挑剔，床品柔软舒适，设施齐全且维护得很新，隔音效果也很棒，每晚都能睡得格外安稳。酒店地理位置更是一绝，步行几分钟就能到钟楼，出行游玩十分便利。早餐的品类丰富，口味也很地道，能满足不同人的需求

在此特别感谢咱们酒店的员工，Oliver Xiao先生，服务热情周到，我行李超沉的，人家主动帮我拿。
酒吧的莫吉托也非常好喝。
但是得説一句。房间安排的特别神奇，下了电梯恨不得绕着楼走一大圈才能到房间，并且新装修，气味还在，我们就没敢关窗，万幸空调给的足，没觉得冷。
鉴于服务非常好，所以以后还是会选择入住。

作为大中华区第100家福朋喜来登酒店非常值得打卡，西安市中轴网上的绝对的c位，年轻的员工团队都非常棒，印象深刻的是前厅Jennifer 和经理Lisa. 大堂吧的康迪也是热情专业。酒店庭院闹中取静，处处雅致的系列也彰显了业主品味。

Great hotel at central location with very friendly service. We were treated very well by Jennifer , she helped us arrange transportation, gave us adviceon how to get around. We are so grateful! Rooms are spacious and modern, breakfast is really good.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Four Points Bell Tower Xian and highly recommend this hotel. It is very convenient - short walking distance to both the Drum Tower and Bell Tower. The room is spacious, clean, well decorated, and beddings and linens are of very high quality.
What make it stands out is the service level from the staff, especially Mr. Samuel Wang of the front desk- he checked us in, made sure we are comfortable and reacted very quickly whenever there are any nitty gritty things that needs to be attended to.
We will be back next time we are in Xian.
