Great hotel just in front of Xi'an Bell Tower and metro station. Super convenient to visit the nearby attractions and the Muslim quarter is just a few minutes walk. Room was clean, modern and staff was super helpful.

这个价位住这样的房间和服务挺值的，而且还有洗衣房，很方便，很适合我们在外旅游的人羣，脏衣服可以及时洗，还有烘乾机，挺方便的

酒店非常好，就在钟楼跟前。门口还有地铁出去逛也非常方便，不怕堵车坐地铁。房间温馨舒适装修风格很特别。店里的矿泉水都不限量，还有热的呢。

We loved staying here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When we arrived late past midnight, the lady at the counter was very kind to help me order food. The hotel is very well located, just 2 steps from the train station. The bell tower is right beside it. Rooms are well equipped and bed is comfy. Would love to return

好多外国人都在这住，酒店好多地方都放矿泉水可以随便拿，前台那还有温的和冰的，桌子上放的都是常温的，很人性了。地方也好出门就是钟楼，溜达去回民街转了转也是买啥的都有商业气氛浓重

价格能接受，也是我想住钟楼旁边的地方，在地铁跟前，去哪玩都很方便。但是这的地铁下面也太绕了，给酒店打电话，很耐心跟我説怎麽走，一下出来地铁就找到了。住和走的时候都阔阔利利的，就喜欢这种酒店，不像其他酒店，住的时候推会员卡扫码，走的时候追着要好评

酒店环境舒服，外面看起来是带历史感的老建筑，酒店里头典雅大气的欧式风格，旋转楼梯拍照很漂亮，房间衞生好，设施齐全。出门就是钟楼，附近特色菜馆很多，离地铁站也很近，去哪都方便。

前台人员服务特别贴心，房间也很温馨舒适，虽然临街，但是一点不吵，还能欣赏钟楼全景。交通也方便，出门就是钟楼地下通道，附近美食也很多。虽然在西安住了十多年，但这个视角欣赏钟楼还是第一次。

每年一次长旅程，今年选择西安，入住钟楼森德酒店，总共11个晚上。
旅途十分愉快，酒店整体非常满意如下：
1）设有洗衣服务，如当日要提早出门参观景点，将要洗的衣物用酒店纸袋装好，用白纸写上房间号码，放在洗衣房内，通知前台，稍後将有服务人员，将衣物洗净烘乾，摺叠好再送回房间。
2）房间内设有反锁装置，保障住客安全。
3）房间有电子磅。
4）房间有饮水装置。
5）房间有小冰箱，方便住客买回来的食物、水果、饮品等保鲜。
6）近日西安天气转冻，前台有免费暖的矿泉水供应，非常贴心。
7）各层电梯对出，有无限量免费矿泉水，供应住客饮用。
8）酒店各部门员工：前台小姐姐、清洁服务员、房务?员、保安哥哥，都非常专业有礼。尤其特意点名称赞。前台小姐姐?
：赵倩，漂亮可爱，专业有礼，?警觉性特高。每次有疑问，都会用心解答。每当有客人进出酒店，都会主动问好。在他独自当晚班的时候，每当有客人进出酒店，都会主动?问好，时刻都会保持笑容，印象深刻??
9）酒店墙壁设计非常好。
