  酒店地处市区，周边生活设施齐全。虽然酒店看起来有点年代感了，但各种设施保养得很不错。几位大堂经理对住客都非常热情，值得称赞。

  第一次入住金凤酒店，装修风格属于老式的，带有民族特色，听店员介绍已经开业28年，虽然时间久，但是可以看出维护的比较好，店员服务也热情，有问题都能快速解决，尤其是早餐，普洱特色不出店就可以吃到。

  位置绝佳交通便利，房间乾净整洁，设施齐全，前台服务热情周到，入住体验超棒，强烈推荐！房间打扫得一尘不染，床品清爽舒适，衞生细节到位，住着非常安心放心前台接待热情专业，响应及时高效，服务周到细致，让人感觉宾至如归。 床的舒适度绝了，柔软得像睡在云朵里，一夜安睡到天亮，体验感拉满！

  虽然酒店装修比较老，但是服务真的非常到位！非常的细节控。感觉每个岗位的工作人员培训的都很到位。另外酒店的早餐种类很丰富，除了传统的中西式早餐，还有普洱的特色米干米线可以选择，小料台非常的整洁乾净。附上吃的两顿早餐。
