1、住1009，空调不制冷，给酒店反映，换了一间同楼层的房间，依然不制冷，询问服务员，问能不能换其它楼层的房间，服务员说没有其它房间了。然后就这样了，估计今晚睡觉一身汗。
2、宽带时断时续，打电话给总台说网速慢，总台回一句话：“我们这的宽带很快的……"
客观讲，这个酒店硬件还不错，装修也有档次，不过服务不行，决定明天换酒店！
