第二次入住，这次感觉前台服务一般，估计是生意好的原因吧。早餐不错，有性价比，咖啡好喝。床和枕头很舒服，洗澡水不够热，卫生还可以，就是房间里有蚂蚁，床上地上都有，房间地毯和浴巾毛巾太旧了，看起来不干净！

酒店服务态度极好，感谢楼层服务员黄女士，写了祝福，送了水果，最主要的还给小朋友拿了一次性小拖鞋，感觉非常温馨；早餐也很不错，水果，牛奶，酸奶都很充足，最主要米干很好吃，小朋友非常喜欢，来普洱非常值得住！
