  点名批评图片上这位导游先生，以及早餐米线档口的一位师傅。这两位工作人员完全没有服务意识，对客人爱答不理极其没有礼貌。其他工作人员都非常热情专业，景区整体和小熊猫庄园的体验也很不错。

  林间木屋住宅舒适，下午有植物小课堂，晚上有夜游昆虫体验,早餐可以看到小熊猫,还有管家小然的温馨提醒!工作人员们都非常好!体验感超级棒!餐厅很漂亮还能见到小熊猫,也很好吃!体验感超好的一次住宿。

  非旺季来真的太香了 服务很贴心 景区内接驳车也很方便。树屋是很特别的体验 只能説夜里的森林里很热闹，睡眠轻的盆友建议不要住树屋可以选择别的房型。湿地餐厅绝对是超级好评 还有小熊猫陪伴一起用餐。太有意思了！！！

  很惬意的自然体验，摆渡车接送，森林木屋，服务贴心周到，不限次森林徒步和小动物亲密安全的接触，还有丰富的酒店体验活动可以选择，餐厅里和野生鸟鹭超近距离！前台小赵小姐姐全程周到服务，反馈及时周到～下次还来！

  在云南住的最舒服的一晚，没有之一，房子独立在森林里，晚上能听着虫鸣入睡。餐厅视野很好，有很多水鸟，早上还会有小熊猫来，而且餐点也是非常惊喜。游园的部分就更不用説了，逛了两天也没够，动物都是基本上散养在野外的，好多动物都是需要凭运气才能遇到，真的有种来动物家做客的感觉。夸一下酒店接待小杨，非常客气，服务周到。园内接驳车也非常方便
