  酒店整体设施、硬件均较新，大堂布置也很漂亮，部分区域还未全部完工，但综合来看规划、布景、园艺还是非常有特色，入住期间可以在酒店散步，整体很舒适。酒店工作人员素养均很好，见面热情招呼，虽然前厅和客房衔接还有改善空间，只要提出需求和建议，小陈管家均能快速反应和解决。酒店餐饮就使用了早餐，菜品较丰富，希望在果汁饮料上做下提升。

  来之前抱着忐忑的心态来的，没想到出乎意料的好玩。特别是酒店自带的小童乐园，我们在这之前玩过几十个室内乐园吧，他家娱乐项目和种类丰富度是最大的，小朋友非常非常喜欢。这次是带小朋友来过生日，订了三个房间，预订部的小王前期帮忙申请了蛋糕，后面管家小陈的服务也很是贴心，给升级了房间还送了小礼品，酒店的工作人员服务都蛮好的。有小小的缺点就是新酒店的缘故，房间稍微还有点味道，还有室内乐园能给大家准备一次性防滑袜就更好了，这样感觉会更衞生，哦还有，旅拍，超好看的，我自己哐哐加照片...总之瑕不掩瑜，下次还要来

  千岛燕山君澜酒店，这是我第二次入住啦！酒店整体格局是偏中式的，装修精致又有质感，细节做得特别到位，住起来舒适度拉满。早餐口味在线，吃得超满足。 酒店依山而建，被山林环绕，环境清幽安静，负氧离子浓度超高，空气清新到每一口呼吸都像在洗肺，完全是天然氧吧。家俱配置也很有品质，不是廉价感的那种，想要高端静谧度假体验的朋友，选这家真的不会踩雷。 重点夸一夸酒店的童华女姐姐，服务态度特别好，热情又贴心，对千岛湖周边的游玩、美食、景点讯息全都了如指掌。
