The hotel is a piece of garbage... Blood stains on the bed, fridge not working, toilet stopped working, AC doesn't work... The desk staff were however understandable and gave us a refund for the nights we never stayed. Overall a nightmare of a stay.

Great place to stay! Unfortunately it was raining so we couldn’t do any fun activities. We enjoyed the pool which is only open during certain hours…. Yea

We booked deluxe room which looked amazing on the photos, but in reality it was quite disappointing. Everything seemed old and it looked like no one stayed there in decades. The smell was really bad. We didn’t even use the outdoor swimming pool because it also looked abandoned and sad, filled with greenish water. Maybe just the timing was odd, I don’t know.
I have to say that there is a lady receptionist that was super helpful and kind, I’d give her 10 stars if I could.

This hotel is very nice.The environment is good.The service is also very good.The hygiene is very clean.The view of the lake is beautiful.It makes people relaxed and happy.If you travel to Qiandao Lake and want to and stay here for nights.I think this hotel is the first choice.All in all, highly recommend this hotel.
